Resinfam successfully launched Polyfam PR 548B and Polyfam PR 550 for test marketing. These new products are 100% pure acrylic dispersions which are recommended for highly durable and UV resistant elastomeric roof coatings. Coatings based on the newly developed dispersions exhibit superior adhesion to various substrates including Polyurethane foams in particular. They have also been found to possess good low-temperature flexibility and dirt pickup resistance.

Polyfam PR 548B and Polyfam PR 550 are thus expected to provide the local industry with viable substitutes for respectively Rhoplex EC-2885 and Rhoplex EC-1791.
